A million items in your closet, but nothing to wear? With Litchy, it's possible to rock a new designer outfit on every occasion, without owning a single thing permanently. We will make sure you look brilliant in an instant, and the only thing you will own from now on is the night.

    It is simple:

  1. Find something you love.
  2. Select the desired rental period - you can rent items from 4 to as many as 24 days.
  3. Select the desired delivery date - you can book up to 14 days in advance.
  4. Add to cart and proceed to check-out!

2. Wear

On each item you receive there’s an authenticity tag and security seal. If you like your item and want to wear it, you can cut off the authenticity tag and security seal. Once you have done this, LITCHY will consider your item worn. Now it's time to shine! Put on your rented clothes and enjoy all your festive moments to the fullest. Don’t forget to capture your couture and tag us on Instagram - we'd love to see your glam on the gram. By the way, don't worry about cleaning your rented clothes before you return them. 3. Return

We hope you enjoyed your items! Now how should you return them? You must return rented items on the last day of your rental period via a PostNL service point of your choice. To return them, put the items back in the original LITCHY packaging with the attached return label. The return label can also be found in your confirmation email or downloaded from the website under My Rental. If you have decided not to wear an item and want to be eligible for a refund you must return the entire order within 4 days. After receiving the order LITCHY will check which items have been worn or not. For orders with multiple items, all items must be returned together to be eligible for a refund. Litchy vocabulary

  • LITCHY product

    A product of the Body Line, available for purchase. The Body Line currently consists of boob tape, nipple covers, sweat pads and fashion tape.

  • Rental period

    The period of time you choose during which you may own a rented item.

  • Delivery date

    The first day of the rental period, which is the day your rented item is delivered to the PostNL service point you selected.

  • Return Date

    The last day of the rental period, which is the day your rented item must be returned to LITCHY via a PostNL service point.

  • Unworn item

    The item hasn’t been worn, the authenticity tag hasn’t been removed and the security seal is undamaged. If the item is returned without the authenticity tag and security seal attached, it will be classed as worn.

  • Return label

    The label you use to return rented items on the last day of your rental period. The return label is enclosed with your order but can also be found in your confirmation email or downloaded from the website under My Rental.

  • Return form

    The document you use to return unworn items for a refund. The return form is included with your order. If you have lost it, our customer service can provide you with a new one.

  • Delayed item

    A rented item that hasn’t been returned to LITCHY at the end of the selected rental period.

  • Penalty fee

    If you return your items later than the last day of your rental period, your items will automatically be prolonged by us with a penalty fee. This amount is always calculated from the basic rental price of a 4 day rental. The first 4 days after the end of the original rental period you will pay 15% of this price per day, from day 5 the percentage drops to 10%.
