WHERE DOES LITCHY DELIVER?
We currently ship to the whole EU.
wHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders placed before 23.59 will be shipped the same day. It usually takes one or two business days for the order to arrive.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?
We offer free shipping on all orders above €15 in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For other countries, it depends upon your location.
We ship from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Will I receive a tracking code after I ordered?
Yes, when your package has been processed and shipped you will receive a tracking code. With this tracking code you can track your order!
Will I receive a shipping confirmation email?
Yes, when your package has been processed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email.
What shipping company will deliver MY LITCHY PACKAGE?
Please note that the carrier may vary depending on the location.
WHAT IS LITCHY'S RETURN POLICY?
We hope that you love your LITCHY products as much as we do. However, if for any reason you wish to return any or all products within your order, you have 14 days after the order has been delivered to do so.
Please note that products must be returned unused, undamaged and in their original LITCHY packaging, which must remain sealed and thereby unopened due to hygiene considerations.
Keep in mind that if you want to return the Silicone Nipple Covers, Triangle Pads or Sticky C-string the plastic hygiene strip can not be removed. Make sure to try them on with the plastic attached.
HOW DO I RETURN A BODY LINE PRODUCT?
You can return your order within 14 days. If you want to start your return, you will need your order number and postal code.
You can find your order number in your confirmation email. If you have these two, then click here to start your return request.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN COSTS?
In the event of a return, there is a return fee of €5.20. Please note that return costs are at your own expense.
should i return free gifts?
If your order arrived with a free gift, please include this in your return so we can process your full refund. If you returned the order without the free gift the amount of the gift will be deducted.
