  • The relevant details of your purchase will already be shown
  • You merely authorise the payment in the usual manner

  • You return to the online store – order accepted and payment successful!

Shipping & Delivery

The delivery rate is calculated via the website store.

We aim to send your order out within 1 working day. As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number in order to follow the package online.

(note for delivery outside Europe, additional import duties and custom charges are the responsibility of the consumer)


Returns & Replacements

You may at any time within 14 working days of delivery of the product to you change your mind and cancel your order and receive a full refund provided that you return the product to us in its original condition and with its original packaging and all tags attached. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

In the event that a product is faulty or defective, please contact us as set out below or at and we will provide you with a replacement or a refund.

We strongly recommend that you retain your receipt from the Post Office until you have received credit for your return as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods.
